Very pleased with the service I received today. Explained well how to best use my blinds and they look lovely. Fitter was very friendly and patient. The fitter also went that extra mile as I had some new french doors fitted and my old verticals needed changing to open doors from other side. He very kindly adjusted that for me. Thank you.

Blinds were measured and they were fitted perfectly. The fitter turned up on time and made no mess. The safety factors were carefully explained and the blinds look lovely and are very easy to adjust. WE have used Capricorn Blinds in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending Capricorn Blinds to others.

I like my blinds from Capricorn and have been having them the last ten years. Your fitters are very nice and pleasant and I feel at ease letting them into the house. Mark is great and pleasant - always pleasant and so is Gary. Rob in the showroom is nice too. Shame I haven't got anymore windows to have blinds fitted. Thank you.

Capricorn have attended to our requirement twice now, once in Solihull and now here in Bournville and supplied just what we needed and in once case what we didn't know existed. Nice fitter, knew what he was doing. Sorted out a problem he encountered quickly and efficiently. Friendly and pleasant. Got on with the job with minimum fuss. Good job well done. Only slight moan was bathroom blinds, just thought they would be more "heavy duty". Still a nice job.

The showroom is well located with easy parking and has a wide range of blinds on show. Staff are friendly and efficient, and choosing blinds and arranging for the windows to be measured is quick and easy. The fitter is very knowledgeable and pleasant - did a good job very quickly.

Firstly, we were very impressed with the showroom and the friendly and helpful staff. We were so pleased with the prompt, clean and tidy fitting that we had no hesitation to have our kitchen measured for new blinds too.
