Home Visits – We are continuing to carry out measure appointments with our customers following strict Government Guidelines and procedures that we have put in place to keep our customers and Fitters safe. Online Bookings – We have set up an online COVID SAFE booking option on our website where you can click on to book a measure appointment with us. You can select your preferred day and time and Fitter for the appointment, as well as reading through the COVID SAFE procedure we have put in place. This will need to be carefully read through and confirmed at the point of booking and the measures put in place prior to the measure appointment.
Extra services – We have a Whatsapp service where you can either chat with us or send some photos and info that we Can generate a quotation for you, along with an option of a video call. We are happy to send out fabric links for our suppliers so that you can have a look at the range of fabrics we have on offer as well as being able to order free samples to be sent to your home. Hand santiser gel, gloves and face masks are available for use in our Showroom for your appointment.
We have also resumed home measure and installation appointments, with our engineers following the necessary social distancing guidelines, and equipped with the required PPE.

The Health and Safety of customers and staff is of the highest priority to us all at Capricorn Blinds. Due to this, and in line with government guidance, we will temporarily be closing our Showroom and will not be under-taking domestic home visits.
We have a limited number of staff working from home at this time who are monitoring our emails and assisting in general enquiries placed through our ‘Contact Us’ page.

As the Coronavirus crisis develops we are continually monitoring the latest guidance to protect our staff and customers.
As of this morning Monday 23rd March, we’ve taken the following steps.
Our showroom is closed for general walk in customers and there is a notice in the window to this affect.
We will be taking bookings to visit the showroom by appointment only and with strict social distancing measures in place.
These can be made by phone and website and this will ensure we can discuss the social distancing measures we will have in place and ensure staff will be present.
No home visits will be carried out to households where customers are considered to have a higher risk of vuneralbility or if they are self isolating.
Our engineers have been issued with hand sanitizer, disposable gloves and masks to use when visiting customers’ property.
We will be asking all customers to avoid being in the same room during installations and where communication does need to take place, a 2 metre distance should be maintained.
These measures will be kept under constant review so please check back for further updates.
We will not be accepting cash or cheque payments.
If customers wish to postpone their bookings for installations, then of course we will gladly do so but we would very much hope our customers will help support us in the current situation and pay the balance of the their order whilst we store your manufactured blinds for you. We alternatively would happily deliver them to you only.
